La <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> solicita a la Uni\u00f3n Europea y a todos los Estados miembros que consideren la pluralidad de la ense\u00f1anza superior p\u00fablica y privada como un alto valor de una sociedad libre y democr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>2. La <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> exige a la Uni\u00f3n Europea y a los gobiernos de los estados miembros que respeten y protejan la diversidad, la diferencia y la independencia de las instituciones privadas de educaci\u00f3n superior en su legislaci\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n con respecto a la libertad de investigaci\u00f3n y ense\u00f1anza.<\/p>\n<p>3. La <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> exige a la Uni\u00f3n Europea y a los Estados miembros que salvaguarden la competencia leal entre las instituciones de ense\u00f1anza superior p\u00fablicas y privadas en lo que respecta a la legislaci\u00f3n, la administraci\u00f3n y la financiaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de la ense\u00f1anza superior.<\/p>\n<p>4. La <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> solicita a la Uni\u00f3n Europea que garantice la libre circulaci\u00f3n y el establecimiento de instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior privadas con sede en Europa en todos los Estados miembros, de acuerdo con la Directiva de Servicios 2006\/123\/EG.<\/p>\n<p>5. La <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> solicita a la Uni\u00f3n Europea que garantice que las instituciones privadas de ense\u00f1anza superior de todos los Estados miembros puedan participar sin restricciones en todos sus programas de promoci\u00f3n de la ense\u00f1anza superior, por ejemplo, Erasmus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
