{"id":864,"date":"2018-11-26T11:55:00","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T11:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euphe.eu\/demands-of-euphe-to-the-european-governments\/"},"modified":"2022-04-03T10:43:52","modified_gmt":"2022-04-03T10:43:52","slug":"demandes-de-leuphe-aux-gouvernements-europeens","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euphe.eu\/fr\/demandes-de-leuphe-aux-gouvernements-europeens\/","title":{"rendered":"Demandes de l&rsquo;EUPHE aux gouvernements europ\u00e9ens"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1.<strong> L&rsquo;EUPHE<\/strong> demande \u00e0 l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne et \u00e0 tous les Etats membres de consid\u00e9rer la pluralit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur public et priv\u00e9 comme une valeur \u00e9lev\u00e9e d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 libre et d\u00e9mocratique.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>L&rsquo;EUPHE<\/strong> demande \u00e0 l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne et aux gouvernements des Etats membres de respecter et de prot\u00e9ger la diversit\u00e9, la diff\u00e9rence et l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance des \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur priv\u00e9s dans leur l\u00e9gislation et leur administration en ce qui concerne la libert\u00e9 de recherche et d&rsquo;enseignement.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>L&rsquo;EUPHE<\/strong> exige de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne et des Etats membres la sauvegarde de la concurrence loyale entre les \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur publics et priv\u00e9s en ce qui concerne la l\u00e9gislation, l&rsquo;administration et le financement public de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>L&rsquo;EUPHE<\/strong> demande \u00e0 l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne de garantir la libre circulation et l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur priv\u00e9s bas\u00e9s en Europe dans tous les \u00c9tats membres, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la directive sur les services 2006\/123\/EG.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>L&rsquo;EUPHE<\/strong> demande \u00e0 l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne de veiller \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur priv\u00e9s de tous les \u00c9tats membres puissent participer sans restriction \u00e0 tous ses programmes de promotion de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, par exemple Erasmus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
