A <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> solicita \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o Europeia e a todos os estados membros que considerem a pluralidade do ensino superior p\u00fablico e privado como um elevado valor de uma sociedade livre e democr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>2. A <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> exige da Uni\u00e3o Europeia e dos governos dos estados membros que respeitem e protejam a diversidade, a diferen\u00e7a e a independ\u00eancia das institui\u00e7\u00f5es privadas de ensino superior na sua legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e administra\u00e7\u00e3o no que diz respeito \u00e0 liberdade de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e ensino.<\/p>\n<p>3. A <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> exige da Uni\u00e3o Europeia e dos estados membros a salvaguarda da concorr\u00eancia justa entre institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior p\u00fablicas e privadas no que diz respeito \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, administra\u00e7\u00e3o e financiamento p\u00fablico do ensino superior.<\/p>\n<p>4. A <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> solicita \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o Europeia que garanta a livre circula\u00e7\u00e3o e o estabelecimento de institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior privadas de base europeia em todos os estados membros de acordo com a Directiva de Servi\u00e7os 2006\/123\/EG.<\/p>\n<p>5. A <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> solicita \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o Europeia que assegure que as institui\u00e7\u00f5es privadas de ensino superior em todos os estados membros possam participar sem restri\u00e7\u00f5es em todos os seus programas de promo\u00e7\u00e3o do ensino superior para, por exemplo, o Erasmus.rnments<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
