{"id":868,"date":"2018-11-26T11:55:00","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T11:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euphe.eu\/demands-of-euphe-to-the-european-governments\/"},"modified":"2022-04-03T10:44:14","modified_gmt":"2022-04-03T10:44:14","slug":"zahteve-euphe-evropskim-vladam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euphe.eu\/sl\/zahteve-euphe-evropskim-vladam\/","title":{"rendered":"Zahteve EUPHE evropskim vladam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1. <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> poziva Evropsko unijo in vse dr\u017eave \u010dlanice, naj pluralnost javnega in zasebnega visokega \u0161olstva obravnavajo kot visoko vrednoto svobodne in demokrati\u010dne dru\u017ebe.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> od Evropske unije in vlad dr\u017eav \u010dlanic zahteva, da v svoji zakonodaji in upravi spo\u0161tujejo in varujejo raznolikost, razli\u010dnost in neodvisnost zasebnih visoko\u0161olskih ustanov glede svobode raziskovanja in pou\u010devanja.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> od Evropske unije in dr\u017eav \u010dlanic zahteva, da za\u0161\u010ditijo po\u0161teno konkurenco med javnimi in zasebnimi visoko\u0161olskimi zavodi glede zakonodaje, uprave in javnega financiranja visokega \u0161olstva.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> od Evropske unije zahteva, da zagotovi prost pretok in ustanavljanje zasebnih visoko\u0161olskih ustanov s sede\u017eem v Evropi v vseh dr\u017eavah \u010dlanicah v skladu z Direktivo o storitvah 2006\/123\/ES.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>EUPHE<\/strong> od Evropske unije zahteva, da zagotovi, da lahko zasebne visoko\u0161olske institucije v vseh dr\u017eavah \u010dlanicah neomejeno sodelujejo v vseh njenih programih za spodbujanje visokega \u0161olstva, npr. v programu Erasmus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
