EUPHE je rezultat soglasja in dogovora \u0161estih zdru\u017eenj, ki predstavljajo zasebne univerze in poslovne \u0161ole v petih dr\u017eavah Evropske unije.<\/p>\n<p>Zahvaljujo\u010d velikemu za\u010detnemu delu, ki sta ga opravila UGEI (Francija) in VPH (Nem\u010dija), ki jima je uspelo vzpostaviti stik in povezati AEEN (\u0160panija), APESP (Portugalska), OPUK (Avstrija) in UNFL (Francija), so bili storjeni prvi koraki k ustanovitvi Evropske unije zasebnega visokega \u0161olstva.<\/p>\n<p>Temeljna na\u010dela, ki povezujejo vsa zdru\u017eenja dr\u017eav ustanoviteljic, so del akta, ki so ga podpisale vse \u010dlanice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EUPHE se je rodil 30. novembra 2017 v Parizu.
