To facilitate the admission process to graduate-level programs of instruction, and to establish appropriate levels of postsecondary education attainment, the Republic of China (Taiwan) Private Universities and Colleges represented by the Association of Private Universities and Colleges, Taiwan, R.O.C. (APUC) and the undersigned Austrian Private Universities represented by the Austrian Private Universities Conference (ÖPUK) hereby agree to recognize in principle the equivalency of baccalaureate, master’s and PhD degrees awarded by their respective institutions in the liberal arts, business studies, the sciences, and the engineering.
