Dear Commissioner Gabriel,

With this letter, we would like to bring to your attention the situation of Private-Higher Education Institutions in the EU (PHEI) in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The European Union of Private Higher-Education (EUPHE) was established in 2018 as an umbrella organization for national PHEI representatives bodies in EU member states (please see www.euphe.eu)
